Dear Delegates,

We welcome you all to yet another exciting chapter of SSC — BEACON 2026, to be held on 9th and 10th May 2026. Like every year, this time as well we have several exciting and engaging segments planned.

One of the highlights is RESEARCH NEXUS.

Yes, you guessed it right — for the first time at BEACON, we will be hosting poster presentations and oral paper presentations.

🖼️ Poster Presentations

Poster presentations will be conducted under two categories:

MD Group

Participants pursuing MD, MS, or allied branches can apply in this category.

Specialty Group

Participants pursuing or who have completed their super-specialty training can apply in this category.

🎤 Oral Paper Presentations

Oral paper presentations will be common for all participants.

Accepted Topics

Topics : Diabetes , Obesity , Endocrinology related and Chronic Diseases.

Prizes

Poster Presentation (each category)

₹15,000 & ₹10,000

Oral Paper Presentation

₹20,000 & ₹12,000

Last Date for Abstract Submission: 20th April 2026, 11.59 PM

And that's not all — all abstracts selected for poster or oral presentations will be published in the ABODE Journal.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

ABODE Journal | BEACON Conference 2026

May 9-10, 2026 | The Chancery Pavilion, Bengaluru

ABODE Journal invites abstracts for poster and oral presentations at BEACON Conference 2026.

Submission Requirements

  • Abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • Work must be original.
  • Maximum 10 authors.
  • Provide 2-5 keywords.
  • Main abstract body: maximum 300 words.

Abstract Structure

Please structure the abstract under the following headings:

  • Background / Introduction
  • Aim(s) / Objective(s)
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusion

Tables and Figures

Authors may include up to one figure and/or one table.

Ethical Declaration

By submitting, authors confirm that:

  • the work is original
  • all co-authors have approved the submission
  • necessary ethics approvals and patient consents, where applicable, have been obtained

Review and Presentation

All abstracts will undergo scientific review. Accepted abstracts will be selected for poster or oral presentation at BEACON Conference 2026 and may be considered for publication in ABODE Journal.

Important Note

Abstracts not submitted in the prescribed format may not be considered.
